"When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself."

Living with Illness is a series of workshops, beginning with the Introduction talk on 9th April, followed by another 8 bitesize workshops. It is aimed at people who suffered a life-changing illness, condition or accident and would like to make sense out of it all, take back control over their lives and re-establish their life goals and meaning.

If you are a carer or a family member of somebody who needs help to get back on their feet, you are also welcome to the workshop.

Over the last few years I had a chance to meet people who were affected by the life changing events. Also, as the destiny would have it, recently I also experienced a life-changing condition, one that shook me to the core, made me face my deepest fears and forced me to re-evaluate everything about myself and my life.

Some people come out these falls stronger. Others unfortunately never recover. Instead they stay in the void and linger there, not having the will or strength to re-focus their life.

Using the tried and tested Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) methods, the workshops are designed in such a way so to provide not only the inspiration and place to meet others in a similar predicament, but also to enable a deeper realisation of the life values and aims. As a result, those attending the workshops can find new opportunities and avenues to grow and be happy, note despite, but because of the situation they found themselves in.

To enquire, email me your full name, contact telephone number and how many people you wish to book for.

If you are not affected yourself, but know somebody who can benefit, please share this information and help them.
